This year’s Sydney Loyalty Networking Event will explore ‘The Diverse Benefits and Challenges of Managing Customer Loyalty Across Different Industries’. We are excited to announce our panel of experts from Westpac, HCF and Grill’d.

We’ve chosen the beautiful, newly renovated ballroom at the InterContinental Hotel, Circular Quay and spots are selling fast! 

The evening will begin with networking, drinks and canapés, followed by a seated event and panel discussion.

As a seasoned executive with over 20 years experience, Debbie has led some of the industries most high-performing teams and delivered results-driven strategies that have taken the programs that she has managed to new heights.

Eden Caceda

Retention & Loyalty 

Eden has over seven years experience in marketing, partnerships and customer loyalty across different industries. With expertise in operating member benefits and other loyalty programs, strategic marketing and campaign coordination, his background in innovation and communications has bolstered his previous work at the University of Sydney Union and the Law Society of NSW. 

Now at HCF, Australia’s largest not-for-profit health fund, Eden manages the HCF Thank You loyalty program, with over 800,000 members and annual savings of over $5.96 million in through e-gift card and product discounts and redemptions. 


Jaimi Farrey

Senior Loyalty and
Personalisation Manager

Having worked in customer centric roles for the last 20 years, Jaimi loves to champion the customer. Jaimi has spent many years working in hospitality, events management and business development both B2B and B2C.  

Jaimi has worked across some of Australia’s most well loved and award winning brands such as Nando’s, Lovisa, Click Frenzy and Grill’d, using data to develop loyalty and personalisation strategies, implement retention and acquisition life cycles and really focus on the fans of the brands to drive and change behaviour.
