The 2026 Asia Pacific Loyalty Conference has officially concluded, marking another milestone for the loyalty industry across the Asia Pacific region.
Held on the Gold Coast, this year’s conference welcomed a record-breaking 470+ loyalty professionals, making it the largest Asia Pacific Loyalty Conference to date. Over three days, delegates explored the trends, technologies and strategies shaping the future of customer loyalty through keynote presentations, panel discussions, interactive sessions and invaluable networking opportunities. Together, the programme challenged conventional thinking and highlighted the growing role of trust, behavioural science, artificial intelligence, personalisation and partnerships in building stronger customer relationships and sustainable business growth.
Recognising Our Community
The success of APLC 2026 was made possible by the collective contribution of an exceptional community. We extend our sincere thanks to our speakers for generously sharing their expertise and insights, our sponsors, exhibitors and event partners for their continued investment in advancing the loyalty industry, and our Advisory Board and Conference Committee for their guidance in shaping an outstanding programme. We also recognise the Loyalty Group APAC team, whose dedication, professionalism and tireless work behind the scenes ensured every aspect of the event was delivered to the highest standard.
Most importantly, we thank every delegate who joined us on the Gold Coast. The enthusiasm, collaboration and willingness to share ideas created an atmosphere that reflected the strength and generosity of the loyalty community. From engaging discussions and thought-provoking Q&A sessions to meaningful networking and new partnerships, it was the participation of our attendees that made this year’s conference truly memorable.
