Graeme Crozier leads Telstra Plus, Australia’s fastest growing loyalty program, designed for our consumer and small business customers.

Graeme came to Telstra following 10 years as a strategy consultant with Bain & Co focused on building loyalty and driving growth for consumer businesses. Earlier in his career Graeme worked as a lawyer and small business owner in New Zealand.
