Case study: Serving up a seamless multi-brand loyalty program

Seagrass Boutique Hospitality Group wanted to overhaul their customer loyalty program to deliver more personalisation and simplicity across five premium hospitality brands, including The Meat & Wine Co and Ribs & Burgers.

The company had previously maintained individual customer loyalty programs for each brand, but was keen to provide its customers with a unified experience via a consolidated loyalty program, allowing customers to reap benefits across all brands and locations.

The Dining Rewards Club, powered by Gratifii, has now rolled out to 40 locations across 5 brands in 9 months.
