With 18 years of expertise in customer loyalty and communications across a number of industries, Jon Fisher has worked in leadership roles for some of the most recognised brands in the UK including the BBC, T-Mobile, EE and Costa Coffee.

Jon (currently UK Head of Digital at Costa Coffee) has a track record of growing revenue through customer focused loyalty and digital strategy, most recently relaunching the Costa Club loyalty programme in the UK market and overseeing the rollout of click and collect and delivery to its UK consumers.

Having undertaken a programme of transformational change at Costa over the last 8 years, Jon has focused on growing consumer engagement through the integration of IT, digital and data solutions that both drive business growth and also enhance the customer experience.
