The Evolution of Everyday Rewards – Agile customer loyalty in a changing world

Glenn Baker, General Manager in WooliesX at Woolworths Group

Glenn leads the Everyday Rewards loyalty program for Woolworths, where he has worked for 6 years, and been instrumental in the launch of its mobile app, the new brand platform and has adopted full agile ways of working, all whilst responding to the Covid-19 crisis.

His previous roles at Woolworths included working in marketing, operations, and partnerships. Glenn’s extensive 20 year career includes working on other leading Loyalty programs such as Qantas Frequent Flyer and Commonwealth Awards.
