Rohan Bhalla – Research Findings: How to Create Lifelong Engagement Amongst your Most Valuable Customers

Rohan is the Vice President of Business Solutions for the Asia Pacific team at Collinson, a global leader in loyalty and benefits, and traveller experiences.

With over 15 years of experience working in consultancy and in-house roles across the region, Rohan is passionate about creating greater end-customer value and business impact on client engagements. Adept at taking strategy into execution, Rohan channels his experience across a breadth of industry verticals into leading data-driven-marketing programmes for global brands – with a specific focus on loyalty strategy, technical implementation and programme management.

In his previous assignment, Rohan led the loyalty service line for Merkle in APAC. This role comprised building regional solutions, including setting-up off-shore delivery centres, training and enablement of teams, as well as overseeing client delivery.

Outside of work Rohan engages in a variety of interests, such as running, playing the guitar, and being an amateur chef.
