ADVANCED LOYALTY EDUCATION COURSE
This one-day intensive course, delivered by the Australian Loyalty Association (ALA), provides a comprehensive understanding of how to model, predict, and optimise the financial performance of loyalty and customer engagement programs.
Designed for loyalty, marketing, and finance professionals, the course focuses on linking customer behaviour with commercial outcomes using forecasting tools, Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) models, and ROI analysis. Through a combination of expert-led instruction, case studies, and hands-on exercises, participants will learn how to turn data into actionable insights that guide investment decisions and improve profitability.
As loyalty programs mature, leaders are increasingly challenged to demonstrate measurable business value. This course equips participants to forecast performance, quantify the financial impact of loyalty initiatives, and make informed investment decisions. By the end of the day, participants will understand how to build and interpret commercial models for loyalty programs, apply CLV frameworks to measure member profitability and retention, use forecasting and ROI analysis to guide investment and optimisation decisions, and identify financial risks and opportunities to strengthen program performance. This is a must-attend course for professionals working across Retail, Travel, Banking, Hospitality, and Utilities sectors.
Delivered through a mix of expert-led instruction, interactive exercises, and real-world case studies, this course bridges the gap between data analysis and commercial strategy.
Participants will engage in practical forecasting activities and collaborative discussions designed to enhance understanding and enable immediate application of financial tools and techniques within their organisation.
