Marketing and Loyalty Manager

Shakespeare Portfolio – part of the Accor group – own 4 properties across Cairns, Sunshine Coast and Marysville. This is a new role and an exciting opportunity for a Marketing professional to manage the Marketing and Loyalty Programs for the Shakespeare Marketing team.

We are looking for someone dynamic, who is comfortable in pioneering and driving change in consultation with multiple stakeholders.

-Assist with the preparation and implementation of the annual Marketing plan to develop and deliver measurable, best in class marketing strategies and activities to increase loyalty and engagement across the portfolio of hotels.

-Develop and implement marketing campaigns to help drive brand awareness, new growth and maximise retention.

-Analyse and report on effectiveness of loyalty marketing campaigns and provide recommendations on future activity.

-Prepare from inception marketing and promotional materials, brochures etc in accordance with Accor graphic standards that tells our story across multiple platforms.

-Ensure all hotel imagery and collateral is up to date, develop and maintain a library of media resources, photography and text samples for use throughout each property.

-Actively solicit opportunities with media partners with similar target audiences to develop mutually beneficial promotional opportunities aimed at expanding our exposure to new markets in non-competitive or exclusive media environments.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

-A degree in Marketing or a related field.

-Proven ability and success in the implementation of marketing campaigns, driving brand creation, and design.

-Ability to analyse market and sales data, to draw insights, develop actions and improve the effectiveness of campaigns.

-Good communication skills – both written and verbal.

-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and be a “finisher”.

-An enthusiastic and positive can-do attitude that likes to keep busy!
