To support continued growth and activity, we are recruiting a CRM and Loyalty Manager to join the growing team.
Reporting to the Head of Digital and eCommerce, you will drive the development and execution of CRM, Email Marketing and Loyalty strategies to support brand growth across global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Deliver high performance, data led email marketing strategies to support activity in the marketing calendar.
· Manage the Loyalty program end to end, including developing rewards and reporting on program performance.
· Work in collaboration with the Global Brand, eCommerce and Retail partners to develop channel specific activity, ensuring content and communication is optimised.
· Build and execute customer journey programs designed to increase customer retention, customer lifetime loyalty and value, always delivering best in class customer experience.
· Deliver CRM database growth initiatives and optimisation to improve quality and richness of database.
· Provide the wider business with reports that include insights and recommendations based on CRM database performance.
The ideal candidate will have:
· Tertiary Qualifications in Marketing or equivalent industry experience.
· Specific experience in CRM, Email Marketing and Loyalty, with a B2C eCommerce website within a retail, fashion or beauty company.
· Demonstrated experience with Klaviyo and Marketing Automation tools.
· Strong analytical skills with a commitment to driving the success of marketing programs.
· Strong attention to detail, clarity and accuracy
