The Role
If you’re the unofficial weekend away planner in your group of friends, and you’re a member of every loyalty program possible, we might have a job with your name on it. At Adore Beauty, we have a very successful loyalty program and we’re looking for someone to help run the show. Obviously you’ll be a marketing gun with strong project management skills and experience using a marketing automation platform. In this role, you’ll be in charge of implementing and executing our loyalty program calendar, events, promotions and campaigns.
Day to day responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute loyalty member promotions
- Coordinate and execute loyalty member competitions
- Work with the Brands and Campaigns team to secure regular loyalty rewards GWPs/Gifts
- Coordination of the loyalty calendar of events
- Coordination and execution of events
- Work closely with the Customer Service Team to manage initiatives and determine and ensure all inquiries are responded to efficiently
- Create and manage loyalty briefs including the development of T&Cs
- Brief and build loyalty related eDMs
- Execute loyalty automations
- Support with any Emarsys or IT related issues
- Report on KPIs and metrics from program initiatives
- Continue to feed in insights to optimise the program
- Work with internal operations, merchandise, creative, and planning teams to maximise the impact of initiatives
Who you are:
- Tertiary qualified in relevant discipline (Business/Commerce/Marketing etc.) or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2+ years relevant experience in similar Marketing roles in a retail context
- Knowledge of Google Analytics
- Experience with an automation platform, Emarsys preferred
- Exceptional organisational and planning skills
- High attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise and respond to business demands
- Highly developed written communication skills
- Highly developed stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to think creatively and contribute to initiatives and execution strategies
- Ability to interpret and analyse data for the purpose of continuous improvement
