Forrester releases ‘The Loyalty Technology Solutions Landscape’, Q4 2022

The Forrester Loyalty Technology Solutions Landscape helps companies understand loyalty market dynamics and identify potential vendor partners. It notes the shift towards a focus on emotional connections with customers, and addresses brands’ primary challenges in developing or improving their customer loyalty strategy.

The report identifies 38 notable loyalty technology solutions from small, medium and large vendors, and outlines the offerings and functionalities of each.
