Exploring the key challenges and opportunities when developing a brand new loyalty program

Miranda Bliss - Loyalty & Retention Manager, Adore Beauty

Miranda is the proud manager of the Loyalty and Retention team at Adore Beauty. Following studies in marketing and business management at Monash University, Miranda began work as a marketer in wholesale and import, then in professional services and market research.

Miranda began to specialise in loyalty in her role at JR/Duty Free where she redesigned its loyalty program. At Vintage Cellars, part of the Coles Liquor Group, Miranda managed the Wine Club loyalty program and introduced its lifecycle strategy and experiential benefits for high value members.

Last year, Miranda decided to follow her passion for the beauty industry. Within 9 months of joining Adore Beauty, Australia’s number one pure-play online beauty retailer, Miranda successfully designed and launched Adore Beauty’s first ever loyalty program. The program is centred on personalisation of a unique beauty journey, rewarding you for being you.
