With 18 years of career expertise gained in South Africa’s Financial Services and Management Consulting industries, Dharmesh Bhana is a Senior Leadership Executive who holds a sterling track record of success in the Retail Banking sector with a particular focus on bank wide loyalty & rewards programmes.

Dharmesh (currently Executive for Loyalty & Rewards at Nedbank) reinvigorated a legacy programme by constructing novel packages linked to key products and rewarding for behaviours across all the retail bank products.

Dharmesh set up the rewards business – developing and implementing a very differentiated strategy and programme across multiple channels, supported by the appropriate emerging technologies, talent and processes.

In mastering the practical transition from strategy design to execution, he has become an apt positioning and swift turnaround specialist with cohesive core value communication abilities.

Mary serves B2C marketing professionals, leading Forrester’s customer loyalty coverage. Her research focuses on loyalty strategy, loyalty programs, consumer trends, and the tools, skills, and processes B2C marketers need to manage and measure loyal customer relationships. She helps marketers navigate the continually changing landscape of loyalty technology and services, as well as emerging trends such as emotional loyalty.

Mary previously worked as a VP and research director, leading a team of analysts covering enterprise marketing technology, loyalty marketing, search marketing, customer database and engagement providers, and customer trust and privacy. In addition, Mary was a senior analyst at Forrester from 2005 to 2008, covering applications and processes for financial services. Her research included retention strategies, business process management, and customer relationship management technologies and processes.

With 18 years of expertise in customer loyalty and communications across a number of industries, Jon has worked in leadership roles for some of the most recognised brands in the UK including the BBC, T-Mobile, EE and Costa Coffee.

Jon (currently UK Head of Digital at Costa Coffee) has a track record of growing revenue through customer focused loyalty and digital strategy, most recently relaunching the Costa Club loyalty programme in the UK market and overseeing the rollout of click and collect and delivery to its UK consumers.

Having undertaken a programme of transformational change at Costa over the last 8 years, Jon has focused on growing consumer engagement through the integration of IT, digital and data solutions that both drive business growth and also enhance the customer experience.
