Sherry’s most recent implementation of the Customer Data Platform at Suncorp brings together customer and anonymous behavioural information to enable more data-driven and responsive customer communications. The critical elements in this success have been how to best realise the fundamental purpose of the platform and make it accessible for end-users. Outside of work Sherry enjoys spending time with her husband and two young sons, enjoying the beautiful Queensland weather and catching a moment of quiet.
