In her 12+ years of consulting, Tara has played a critical role in informing insights, strategy and design for Australia’s most well known growth and turnaround case studies Tara has led a CEX practice and countless strategic programs where the primary business objectives are retaining customers, reducing failure demand and cost to serve.
