The Asia Pacific Loyalty Awards, celebrating excellence in customer engagement and loyalty, announced the 2025 winners at a black-tie Gala hosted by the Australian Loyalty Association on 20th March. The awards recognised outstanding organisations for their creativity, innovation, and success in fostering customer loyalty across industries, following an independent judging process by Asia Pacific loyalty experts.
Dan Murphy’s won Best Overall Loyalty Program in Grocery & Beverage with its My Dan’s Membership program, while Rebel Active took top honours in Retail. Commonwealth Bank’s Commbank Yello claimed the Financial Services award, and Qantas Frequent Flyer led in Travel. Telstra earned Best Use of Communications for its EOFY campaign, and Myer one was recognised for its use of AI and personalisation in loyalty marketing.
Sarah Richardson, Chair of the Australian Loyalty Association, which organises the Asia Pacific Loyalty Awards, commented, “This year’s submissions were truly remarkable, building on last year’s impressive achievements. Our winners exemplify the dedication and innovative spirit that is driving customer loyalty to new heights across various sectors.”

The Gala, held at Sofitel Melbourne on 20th March 2025, was one of the largest loyalty-focused events in the Asia Pacific region, drawing over 350 industry professionals to celebrate the best in customer loyalty.
