The goal of this 9-minute survey is to gauge the opinion of current and future loyalty program owners regarding the present and future landscape of reward programs. Participants’ responses will be used to create the Global Customer Loyalty Report 2023, which will examine current trends, challenges and opportunities in the loyalty space, as well as ROI trends and industry salaries across a wide range of verticals and geographies. In preparation, Antavo has already recorded 600 minutes of qualitative interviews with loyalty experts around the world, using their insights as a baseline for the survey of the Global Customer Loyalty Report 2023.
